Tuve una malísima experiencia con dicha tienda específicamente en Aguadilla Mall, realmente estoy súper decepcionada, hice una compra de unas gafas de sol por $40 el cual era un regalo de cumpleaños para mi pareja, se las regalo y solo la logró usar una sola vez ya que se le desprendió el pad de la nariz, cosa que me sorprendió mucho ya que en esta página hablan que la calidad es 100% cosa no fue así porque de una sola usada ya se había roto. Voy a la tienda para realizar el cambio y me quieren cobrar $15 dólares por realizar el cambio, supuestamente porque así es la garantía, entonces si tengo que pagar $15 dólares por un defecto de manufactura qué clase de garantía es la que ellos están ofreciendo. Le explico todo a la que me atendió y nunca me quiso hacer el cambio si no le pagaba los $15 dólares. Cómo es posible que pague $40 por unas gafas que ni siquiera son de marca y me quieran hacer pagar $15 extra para realizar el cambio ( pues entonces realmente no le llamen garantía si tienes que volver a pagar adicional). Luego voy a la tienda de always 99 y veo las mismas gafas por $2 qué clase de estafa, al final de cuentas nunca me hicieron el cambio en la tienda si no le pagaba los $15 dólares extra, caí una vez no caigo 2 veces, ya jamás pisaré esta tienda y tampoco se la recomendaré a nadie, gracias por haberme estafado.
