I WAS (Past Tense) a frequent customer since I am not one of taking care of shades, therefore I used to buy the more expensive kind that you could trade for a $15-20 fee... Nonetheless, My boyfriend bought me a pair for my birthday, a Thursday, and he did not checked them prior to leaving the booth and they had a minor scratch from the store bought. We were going on a weekend trip, so I said, I'll go ahead and trade them on Monday. So on the next Monday, I wen to exchange them, and for my luck, I didn't know about the (2 day return policy). Nevertheless, I didn't mind exchanging them for a more high end pair, paying the difference. What I did mind was that they wanted me to pay way more than the shades cost itself. It was simple math! But there was no way the employee nor his supervisor could explain the additional fee in a way that made any kind of sense! Math is math! No matter how stupid the supposed policy is! So yeahhh... I'm that kind of customer! The one that appreciates more the customer service than the quality of the product itself! I went to loving sunny planet to making a hate campaign for treating me like a dumb person!
